This and that

Okay everyone, sorry I haven't checked in a while it's been an extremely busy summer and I haven't had the chance to write in forever.I've been working out every morning for my bootycalls and sneaking in some other workouts throughout the day. I have also managed to keep on track with eating lean and green which I think thas helped a lot! I'm down to 125 pounds now which means that i've lost 18 pounds! The last few days have been especially busy since i've been preparing everything for back to school. I went shopping in the city last week and bought a ton of stuff, in a smaller size thankfully and I could not be happier with the results. I feel a confidence in myself that I have never felt before. I couldn't have done it without Tone it Up and the amazing tone it up team, they are so supportive and are always there when you need them! Anyways, i'm hoping that with school starting in a couple days i'll be able to blog more because I will probably be on my laptop more often. I made it a point to put a remider to blog on my September calendar. Wow, September already I can't believe it! BUT there is one great thing that comes with September! The Tone It Up Fall Challenge is here! The girls have tons more challenges, give aways and workouts coming our way this month for back to work and school. I think this is just what every body needs to stay on track. They're also giving away a gym bag to the person who gives the most referals when you sign up, you can sign up at http://www.toneitup.com/ and please put in Chelsea Dawn in the referal part! If you haven't signed up, go sign up now! It's never too late and as K&K say, you'll never regret a workout!

Healthy Vacationing!

Hope you all having a great start to the month today! Can't believe it's August already, only one more month left until it's back to school for me, thats 30 days to kick my butt and Tone It Up! Anyways, if you follow me on twitter (@chelseadawn_) then you may know that I went on a two day vacation last week. I made sure to choose a place where I for sure would not be relaxing all that much, my resort had a gym and pool which we took full advantage of! There were other things though that made it the perfect healthy vactioning spot, the restaurant had healthy menu choices like salads and wraps that made it easier to eat properly. For dinner I had their low fat turkey burger on a whole wheat triangle bun topped with tomato, bean sprouts, lettuce and red onion and it was amazing! The food and  the hotel were great but what was even better was the activities that they had to offer, mini golf, a timed maze that made you go hard, rock climbing and tree top trekking. And let me tell you, the tree top trekking is not easy! You are hooked into a harness 40 to 50 feet above the ground in the treetops doing a number of intense obstacles. It is definately not for those who are afraid of hights thats for sure. It was hard but it was sooo much fun! The course had numerous zip lines that were just breath taking and so invigorating. My boyfriend and I did it together and did the new hard course in 25 minutes! That was a huge feat for us and so amazing because the average time is 45 minutes, guess i'm in better shape then I thought! Thanks Tone It Up. Oh and the best part was I was barely even sore the next day! I did it a few years ago when I wasn't very active and the course weren't as hard(they've had to change some stuff in the last few years) and the next day I could barely move so it was a relief to be able to move the next day this time through. So it is possible to have a fun vacation and still stay active! So when planning your vacation I encourage you to do some research before you go in regards to the food near by, what kind of activities you can do and weather or not the hotel has a pool or a gym! :) Have fun vacationing, enjoy the rest of August! Workout Binder!

Hey everyone, today I finally made my Tone It Up binder with all my workouts! The first page had my workout calendar for August so I can see what I need to do and mark off my workouts as I go! I chose to do the same kind of workouts each day, my bootycall, 45 minutes cardio and 2 tone it up workouts. The good thing about this is there are so many different activities that I can do for each one to switch it up so it's not the same workout everyday just the same outline. I must admit I'm pretty proud of my calendar too :)
My second page is the ten Tone It Up tips that Karena and Katrina have on the Tone It Up website so that I have them on hand and I can remind myself of them each time I go through my book!
On the third page of my folder I decided to put a chart where I can record my measurements and my weight so I can see where I've improved over time. Some people may not like this idea but it helps me.
I have everything seperated into sections; pyramids, circuits and the bikini series workouts and I put  dividers in between them.
This is an example of the layout of my pyramid workout sheets!
This is an example of a Bikini Series workout page.
All of my pages had to be handwritten unfortunately because I don't have a printer so it's not as nice or neat as I would like it to be but it's a start and at least now I have it and can bring it with me to the gym! I encourage you all to try it! I also have a new recipe coming tomorrow for all you lasgne lovers, and im pretty excited to make it! Enjoy the rest of your night :) Run Love Sweat<3

Motivation Sunday, Kick Start The Week On The Right Track

Hey everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. I know I did but at the same time it wasn't so great. I ate horrible this weekend! It was both my boyfriends and my moms birthday's this weekend so there was lots of cake and going out for dinners and lunches ect. My mom and I went out for a buffet lunch together and I did my best, I ate all veggies with the exception of a chicken ball.. I had too come on, we only go twice a year! As for my boyfriends birthday, the restaurant had almost zero healthy options so I was out of luck and I couldn't suggest going somewhere else because it was with his family and his choice. I haven't gotten the chance to go the gym since Friday, which is horrid, but I did get in a 20 minute walk yesterday morning and an hour swim. It's been an extremely busy weeekend so tomorrow I'm totally getting back on track and going to the gym for a couple hours and I can already say the treadmill and the elliptical are going to be my saviours after this weekend. Oh! I also tried quinoa tonight and it was awesome, my boyfriend also put it on his wrap. Well anyways that was a kind of long update of my weekend, sorry I'm getting to the main point now!
So as I mentioned before this weekend I did a horrible job of staying on track with my eating and my workouts but I'm not going to let it get me too down. Instead I'm going to learn from it and kick it up a notch this week. I'm determined to keep on track so I have all my reminders set on my phone for my meals and my workouts! I'm going to try and get to the gym almost every day this week and make sure all my meals are healthy no junk! I made a to do list for each day so I can make sure I get everything done that I need to and I wrote down what I plan on having for each meal. I'm hoping this will help to keep me on track. I now also have another workout buddy who is willing to go to the gym with me all the time which is great, who is it? My wonderfully supportive boyfriend who joined the same gym as me to help keep himself in shape and push me harder. Another thing that I do to help keep me motivated is going online to my favourite stores looking at their clothes and picturing myself in them and then keeping that image in my mind because I know how bad I want to wear them and rock them. So this is my plan for the week, hope you all have a great week and can meet your goals!

How K&K have changed my life!

Hey everyone, as some of you may know in April I found Tone It Up and the lovely Tone It Up ladies Karena and Katrina. The girls launched a bikini challenge and I decided to give it a try. Bikini season was coming up and this year I was determined more then ever to lose a few pounds and get into shape. For the last year and half or so I had weighed the same thing, 143 pounds. I tried eating healthy and doing some daily exercise but no program worked for me and I'd fall of track and go back to eating unhealthy and being a couch potato again. However, after I found K&K my life hit a turning point. I ate healthy and did all of the workouts that K&K released and tried to follow everything as best I could. It wasn't long before the number on the scale started going down and each time I took my measurements the numbers would get smaller and smaller. I've lost a total of 11-12 poundsish with the help of K&K. Not only did K&K change my life by actually keeping me motivated enough to stay with something and do the work to see results, they also opened up a whole other world to me on twitter. I found other ladies that were doing the bikini challenge and found that they offered great advice, support, motiviation and were the inspiration I needed to keep going. I love knowing that there are other people who I can discuss health and fitness with out there that have a passion for it just as much as I do! If I had never found Tone It Up I don't know if I would have ever gotten the motivation or support that I needed to help me with this journey. I owe so much to K&K and everyone who has done the bikini challenge and i've talked to on twitter. My life is now full of activity, healthy foods, confidence and happiness. K&K and the Tone it Up team have helped me so much and I couldn't thank each one of them enough for the support and motivation they have given me along this journey. They have truly changed my life forever, and to them I am grateful. So thank you to K&K and my Tone it Up sisters, for being there, always.

Getting back on Track!

Hey everyone, so as you may or may not know a few months ago I participated in the Tone It up Bikni Challenge but it was during school and I didn't have the time to do it properly with exams coming up. I did as much as I could but I often missed my booty calls and sometimes I was too busy doing homework and studying to keep up with my workouts. A few weeks ago Katrina and Karena re launched the Bikini Challenge and I vowed that I would do it and give it my all, 110% but that never happened. Although I swam a lot and did work out a little my eating was atrocious. I wasn't giving my body any of the nutrients it needed at all but my mom on the other hand has stuck to her diet and has lost an amazing ten pounds, I couldn't be prouder, but now she just needs to get on the physical acitivty part! Since my last attempt at re doing the bikni challenge was pretty sad i'm going to re start it all over again starting today! I've already done my bootycall this morning which was a 15 minute fit test and 15 minutes of yoga, I am also planning on going to the gym soon. I went through the Bikni Challenge blog post on TIU and programmed all my meals and workouts/challenges into my phone so that it reminds me what I need to accomplish in a day. I'm hoping these reminders will help me to stay on track and keep me motivated. I'll try to post every day about how the Bikini Series is going and hopefully get back on twitter (@chelseadawn_) to re connect with my Tone It Up sisters! So I challenge all of you guys to re do the Bikni Challenge or start it if you didn't participate before! You can find everything you need to know about the bikini challenge here! You can do it, until next time eat clean and work it !

What am I going to do.

So if you read the post before this you know i'm doing the Tone It Up bikni challenge again but this time through with my mom. The lovely K&K have made it easy by adding the whole bikini challenge to one blog so everything is all in one spot. I highly recommend it because it's life changing, you can go to the bikini challenge by clicking here. To start off today was no better than yesterday except for the fact that I had my weigh in and i'm at my lowest weight ever that I can remember seeing which is exciting. The eating was all pretty good because I usually eat healthy but again there was slacking on my workouts. It's really frustrating when you want something and you've been working hard but things get in the way of your goals. I think i'm just lacking some motivation at the moment so I really need to do something that will help me to continue on the right path. I taped a little note in my fridge saying "STOP before you grab it, will it help your body?" so i'm hoping that it will help me. Well tomorrow is a new day, a fresh start and an opportunity to Tone It Up!

Day 2 of the Bikni Challenge, round two.

Hey guys, hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I know I had a pretty good weekend myself. Yesterday was the first day of my bikini challenge, round two. The second time through is going to be very different for me because this time my moms going to do it with me, which is a struggle on it's own, and I have way more time now that i'm off for summer vacation the next two months. The bikni challenge will take me right to the middle of August which will leave me with 3 or 4 weeks until I have to go back to school. This works out perfect for me because I always go fall shopping the last week of August. Anyways, today I went out and bought a cute new journal to use to record my food and workouts, I also bought one for my mom so she could do the same. This bikni challenge is starting out way slower then I could have imagined it would've. It's the second day and we still haven't even worked out once. The eating's been going great but every time I want to workout my mom makes up excuses. I'm a little worried because it's hard to get the results you want when you don't do the work. I broke my toe yesterday so it is a little hard for me to do most things without paining it or risking injuring it further so i'm taking it a little slow but there really are no excuses at all. I hope that tomorrow is going to be a better day and I can get my mom up to go for a swim, if not I don't know what i'm going to do. Well here's to a better day tomorrow and a great work out. Good night lovelies, have an awesome day tomorrow. (:

Big news and Workout/Food Journals!

Hey everyone (: Hope you all had a fantastic weekend and happy fathers day to all the dads out there! As for every body who was doing the Tone it Up bikni challenge, the grand prize was a trip to california and yesterday K & K posted a video announcing the 5 finalist! You can check out the video on their youtube page or on their blog. They want everyone to vote on who should win the final prize, so don't forget to check out their videos on youtube and vote! I love all of the ladies and  I wish they could all go because they all deserve it! So good luck to all of you ladies!

Anyways the main thing I wanted to discus today is workout and food journals. Most people when they start a weightloss/fitness program don't keep food and workout journals but they are very helpful and offer many benefits. When you keep a workout and food journal you can keep track of what your eating and you can see how often your working out. If your not having success in your weight loss journey these tools can help you to see areas which you may improve on. If you are having sucess with your weight loss journey then these tools can help you to see what is working for you. Keeping a journal can also help organization skills and will encourage you to eat right and workout. You don't want to see a bunch of junk food in your food journal and you don't want your workout journal to be empty so filling it with healthy foods and excellent workouts is great motivation! (or so i think anyways) So if your truly dedicated to eating right and working out then a workout and food journal is a great tool to help you get started on the right track, of course once you get into a routine you can slowly cut it out. Besdies a food and weightloss journal I also have a note book with my measurements and weight in it so i can keep track and visually see my progress.*
So if you haven't already started one start now! Don't forget your booty call in the morning too! Happy eating&exercising (:

*some people also use photos along the way to track their progress this is also a great tool I use!

I'm back!

Hey all you fabulous ladies and gents. I know it seems like I've dropped off the face of the earth lately but i'm back and better than ever! I've honestly just been extremely busy the last few weeks completeing final projects and studying for my exams. I'm finally done now though and I have the whole entire summer to blog and workout and keep in touch with all of you! Although I was too busy to blog and tweet often I did workout and eat right each day. Sometimes I didn't have enough time to do a huge workout so I would squeeze in the beach bum or itty bitty bikini workouts here and there but for the most part i've been able to go for a swim almost every day this last week and i've enjoyed it so much. I can't wait to get my new bike so I can bike to the pool each morning for a lane swim, also managed to get a really close friend to come with me! She's awesome. Anyways I'm so looking forward to blogging again and hearing from everyone :)
Hope you all enjoy your weekened and don't forget to workout and eat clean, cheating on weekends is like cheating for half the month! love you xx

Motivation Monday!

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a safe and happy weekend. I know it's hard on the weekends but hope you all managed to stay healthy with your eating and get in your workouts! There are only two weeks left in the bikini challenge so it's now or never. You don't want to give up now do you? You've come too far to stop now, I know you can do it and you know you can do it so do it!  If there ever comes a time where you think you think "I can't do one more lap, I can't do one more set or I can't do another five minutes" just think..
I want this. This is for me. I can do it. Do I want to see results? Would I be proud stopping at this point? Am I tired? Do you want to wear that itty bitty bikini to the beach this summer?
If you want it, then do the last few reps, if it's for you tell yourself you deserve it! Tell yourself you can do it, if your optimistic and believe you can do it then your going to push yourself naturally. If you want to see the results you need to keep working and if your not proud of stopping where you are keep pushing until you are proud. If your not tired, then you know you can do more! Last but not least, we ALL want to rock our bikinis at the beach this summer so what betetr way then to do the work and be fit! I tell myself these things and ask myself these questions all the time and it keeps me going. For my bootycall workout this morning I was on the treadmill and I was tired after only 15 minutes (it was my first time on a treadmill) and I said to myself I can do this, I want to wear that bikini and i want to be proud of myself when I'm done on here, sure enough I ran for 30 minutes and burned 205 calories! Needless to say I was very motivated and proud of myself when I got off. I also did the beach bum, sandcastle and beach ball workout tonight too. I didn't eat the best dinner tonight unfortunately but i'm not going to let one meal discourage me, instead i'm just going to be motivated to eat better for the rest of the week!  Hope you all manage to stay motivated this week and have a great bootycall in the morning, don't forget to set your alarm! Don't forget, your closer than you think :)

Grocery List!

Hey Tone it Up ladies. Hope you all had a wonderful Thursday, thank goodness tomorrow is Friday! Today was a decent day overall. For breakfast I had a half cup of cereal with skim milk because I needed a slight energy boost and I find that it gives me energy during the morning. For lunch I had some fresh cut celery and carrott sticks and a quarter cup of soup! This is probably one of my favourite lunches to bring with me. When I got home I had an apple for a snack and for dinner I had a turkey wrap and a side of salad which was fanatstic because I added peperchini peppers for a little kick! Unfortunately I pulled something in the side of my back so i'm taking a rest from my workouts tonight, hopefully i'll be up for my bootycall tomorrow!
I went grocery shopping today and bought some new things to try. Along with my regular green tea I also decided to pick up mint green tea which I am currently sipping on while I write this and I must say it tastes fanastic! Another new item I picked up was Avacado hummus which I cannot wait to try tomorrow in my lunch with the broccoli and celery I bought. I would also like to mention that I finally found larabars! I didn't buy any this time but I can't wait to pick up a couple next time i'm out. Those are just a few small things that I picked up today while I was out but there are other things that I always have with me.

Here's the List!
Starwberries - you can add them to almost anything (salad, wraps, oatmeal ect.) Plus they're freat on their own for a snack!
Blueberries - So full of antioxidants that are great for your body, I add them to my oatmeal everyday.
Oatmeal  - A nice source of soulable fibre to start the day right.
Lettuce - You can make a salad out of anything and it's super quick and easy.
Bellpeppers - Each colour has a different taste that adds flavour to tons of things, eat them raw for a snack or sauted with your chicken.
Green tea - Perfect for when you want a hot beverage that's not calorie packed!
Lemons! - I add it to my water everyday for flavour!
Soup - I use canned soup, low sodium and sugar and is extremely low cal. Great for when i'm tight on time in the morning because I can throw it in a container and heat it up in the microwave at lunch.
Apples - Easy when your on the go because it takes little to no preparation at all, I usually grab one as I head out the door in the morning.

Tone it up Tuesday!

Hey everyone. Hope you all had a great day today. For breakfast I had a turkey sandwich on flax seed bread, lunch was celery sticks and berries and for dinner I admit I cheated a little bit and made pasta! Uh oh, kicking it into gear tomorrow! I have to say i'm pretty tired today so I don't know if i'll be able to wake up early tomorrow for my booty call. For my workout today I tried the new Tone It Up Sandcastle workout and it was pretty tough on the legs, I also thought the name was pretty beachy and cute! I also did the itty bitty bikini workout, the beach bum workout and the bikini strap workout! Toning it up on Tuesday! Can't believe theres only around two and half weeks left of the bikini challenge so keep up the fanastic work and really kick your butts into gear! I know you can do it ladies, we all can just think of those bikinis! I know you all can't even wait to look fanastic! Your all so inpsiring and motivating so keep up the great work and I hope it pays off, don't forget to set your alarms in the morning too! Night :) xx

Beauty Secrets!

Hey ladies, happy Monday! Hope you all had a great day to start your work/school week. Today I ate pretty clean with an apple and a handfull of cereal for breakfast. For lunch I had a turkey wrap with lettuce on a whole wheat wrap. When I got home I had a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter. Dinner was my all time favourite stir fry, it had chicken, snow peas, bell pepper, celery, broccoli, mushrooms and rice. Yum! For my workout I did the whole beach bum workout as well as the itty bitty bikini and some of my favourite moves from the bikini strap and beach ball workouts. How was your workout today?
So anyways today I am going to share with you my beauty tips. I know this is a health/weightloss/fitness blog but I thought it was suitable with the whole tone it up beauty bag giveaway that just happened, by the way congrats to all you winners!

Here's my beauty tip and it's honestly really simple. My secret ingredient in my beauty routine is water! I know it sounds kind of crazy but it's true. Have any of you noticed your skins been excellent since you started drinking more water? Well I drink tons of water every day and my skin clears up super quick. When I wash my face in the morning I use the la Roche Posay cleansor Effaclair to cleanse my face of all the oils from my hair/ hair products that clog your pores during the night but at night I take off my make up and just rinse my face with warm water! By only using water i'm not striping my face of the natural oils that it needs so it keeps my skin balanced. To top off my clear skin routine I also use a mositurizer both in the morning and at night to keep my skin from drying out. I also found that using mositurizer helped make my foundation look more natural. So there is my beauty tip, hope it wasn't too disappointing!

P.S Don't forget to keep up all the great work you've all been doing, you inspire me each and every day to work out, eat right and do better. Keep tweeting because I love reading all your tweets every day on my phone while i'm out, it reminds me that i'm not alone. We only have about 20 days or so left to kick out butts into gear and really get fit for bikini season and I know we can do it! Booty call in the morning, work it ladies! Love you all (:

My Weight Loss Journey

I was going to save this entry for a later time but right now I have the time and my blog needs a little more content so I will add it today. First I will start by saying that I have not lost a tremendous amount of weight but it is the emotional, social and physical changes that have affected me the most. When I was a child, up until I was about seven I was pretty much average, the same size as all my friends but that's when everything changed. My dad who thought he was doing a good thing for me by giving me what I wanted didn't realize that bringing me to fast food places for lunch twice a week was detrimental to my weight, mental, social and physical being. I was the chubby girl in school and people who I thought were my friends made fun of me and other kids would sometimes moo at me. I'd come home crying to my mommy after school and ask her why no body liked me. I knew the answer. One summer my parents put me in swimming lessons and I started shedding all the weight I had put on in my childhood years, the kids who mooed at me didn't even recognize me and things started to get better. I'd always been self concious of my weight and I finally decided to do something about it, I would try to work out all the time but I never changed my eating habits and for that I suffered. I never lost any weight but I didn't gain any either so obviously that wasn't working. When I got to high school I was starting to feel really confident in myself, I didn't feel like the chubby girl anymore like I had in elementry school, I felt like I fit in because I made new friends that were like me but things changed I would find that somehow comments would be said sometimes that made me feel like crap. I was sick of feeling bad about myself and being physically run down so I changed my eating habits to healthier foods and I started working out. Now i'm here, I've accepted my curvy body for what it is beautiful! I'm alot heathier, happier and fitter than I was. Since February I've lost a total of 9 pounds which may not be a large number but I am so proud of it because it's more than i've accomplished in a while. I went from weighing 143 pounds which is what i've been seeing on the scale for the last year or two to 134 pounds and I feel and look great. Sorry this entry is so long, but I think i've needed to get this story out for a while and I think that from here i'll just continue to move forward!

Tough Bootycall!

Hey all you awesome ladies and gents, hope you all had a fanatstic week and weekend! I just finished my Tone it Up bootycall and challenged myself to do the beach bum workout, the itty bitty bikini workout, the beach ball workout and the slimming pyramid. It was a little long and kind of challenging at some points but I feel great and I know that i'll benefit from it in the long run. I did eat before my bootycall this morning because for some reason I felt reallly hungry when I woke up so I had a nice bowl of oatmeal with honey, strawberries and blueberries which is what I basically eat every morning. As for the other meals I plan on eating today i'm not quite sure what they are yet but i'm thinking a nice tossed salad for lunch with olive oil and basil dressing! What did you guys do for your bootycall today? Comment and let me know!

I'd also like to apologize for not keeping up with my blog posts like I promised I would, I am seriously going to keep up with them this week and I plan on writing about my journey and also sharing some of my beauty secrets with you to go along with the Tone It Up beauty bag give away. So keep checking back and there will be more entries soon!

ps. don't forget to kick butt and  comment/message me if theres anything you want me to write about (:

Getting back on track!

Hey ladies, hope you had a relaxing weekend! Sorry that I haven't been active on twitter or writing any new entries the last few days but I'll be back at soon. I've just been so extremely busy the last few days. Lots of  events that needed preparation and all my attention so that took up about 98% of my time. I am soo looking forward to getting back on track with my work outs in the next few days and am glad to see you guys are still going strong!

Anyways I have been getting a few twitter posts here and there and I must say your all doing so fabulous and you should all be so proud of yourselves. There are only 26 days left of the bikini challenge so now is really the time for us to kick our butts into gear! I can't wait to really push myself these next three weeks, I know it's not going to be easy but I know it's going to be worth it and that's all you need to tell yourself, It's worth it. So keep it up ladies and keep going.
I will start blogging and tweeting again tomorrow so I will catch up then(:

ps don't forget to do your bootycall in the morning!

My favourite workout!

Hey ladies! Hope you all had a fanatstic day. I had a pretty long day to be honest, woke up a little late (I've been short on sleep so much this week) which means I didn't get to do my booty call again today but I'm listening to what my body needs and in order to stay healthy I need my sleep. To start the day I had what I start everyday with, a half cup of oatmeal with a little honey blueberries and strawberries. I have to say that it's my favourite breakfast because it's filling and keeps me energized throughout the day. For lunch I had some sliced cucumbers and a slice of flax seed bread cut in half to make a sandwich with peanut butter on it, so yummy and filling. While the rest of my family had calorie loaded chicken parmesean I grilled a plain chicken breast and made a whole wheat wrap with chicken lettuce and strawberries, it sounds like a strange combination but it's great I promise.

As for my workout today, I went for an hour long lane swim. Swimming is honestly my favourite and best excersize! It works your whole body because it gets your heart pumping working your cardio and obviously your engaging your arms legs and core to move and stay afloat. I can't say how much I love getting back in the pool. When I was young I was a really chubby kid who loved to swim, I started taking swimming lessons regularly and lost almost all my weight. It was life changing so i'm hoping that getting back in the pool will help me again! So ladies, if you can, go swimming!Oh and if you haven't checked it out already, Tone it Up added their new beauty video to youtube for us all, you can find the link to their youtube page on my side list where I have created a list of Tone it Up links!
Your all amazing inspiration and motivation, keep up the great work and don't forget to set your alarms for your booty call in the morning! (:

Short and Sweet

Hey ladies, hope you all had a great day! Unfortunately, i'm super busy today and don't have the time to enter a proper entry so I will add a better one tomorrow. I ate fairly healthy today, oatmeal as usual for breakfast with blueberries and strawberries. For lunch I had a salad with a light yougurt dressing and a half sandwich that had peanut butter on it. I know were supposed to keep it lean and green but I didn't make dinner myself tonight and my host made spagetti, which was yummy. I drank lots of water, too much if you ask me lol but I know it's good for me! Like I mentioned above I was short on time today so I did the Tone it Up Celebrity booty camp video twice, it's an older video that you can find on their youtube page! Remember ladies, stay fit, stay fab and stay beautiful! Love you all, keep up all your great work!

ps don't forget to set your alarms for your booty call in the morning!

Pizza Muffin Recipe

Okay so here you have it pizza lovers, a pizza substitute that isn't all that unhealthy for you and that takes about 5 minutes to make. These are also great for kids, they taste great and are healthier than microwave pizza or even oven pizza.

Ingredients 1 whole grain english muffin
2 Tbsp pizza sauce
1/8 cup shredded skim mozerella cheese

Procedure
1. Toast the english muffin in the toaster until slightly crisp
2. Add a Tbsp of pizza sauce to each half
3. Divide the cheese and add it to each half
4. Broil in the oven until the cheese melts

Tips on how to make this recipeToast the english muffin enough so the sauce won't make it soggy
You don't need to use a whole Tbsp of sauce, sometimes less will do the trick
You only need enough cheese to cover your muffin in a thin layer!
You can also add whatever toppings you wish, I only like cheese though.
